Arthur Holm Dynamic 3 have been short-listed for the 2012 Awards in the category “Flat screen product of the year”
Dynamic 3 products from Barcelona’s based company ARTHUR HOLM have been selected as finalist for the 2012 “AV Awards” together with Samsung and Eyevis.
These awards pretend to act as a shop window for the best AV companies and projects, to publicize the high-quality work that the industry does and to promote the business benefits that the industry`s clients get from using AV technology.
Dynamic 3 is a multipurpose motorized monitor system, available in 17 and 19” to be easily integrated into board, meeting, conference and training tables as well as into information counters. The screen opens and closes with a motorized movement similar to a laptop, with the peculiarity that it can turn 180 degrees once in the up position, facilitating the share of the information with the person located in front of the user. It can be folded into the desk, both with the screen facing up and facing down. In the last case, the back of the monitor housing can be covered with leather, wood, or any type of material to obtain a uniform finish of the table surface. The system can be also customized by adding voting systems and audio conference systems.
The Dynamic 3 product range provides keyboard and mouse as options. When the screen is moving up, a tray is automatically raised with or without these elements.
The screens are operative both in vertical and in horizontal positions and their electronics automatically detect the position and reverse the image according to it.
There is also a security system to immediately stop the movements if an objection is detected.
The up/down/rotation movements can be activated through push buttons or remotely, thanks to the ARTHUR HOLM ERT interface and the AH net communication protocol that have been developed to control, configure and diagnose Arthur Holm monitors. This system converts between RS-422 protocol and IP through a twisted pair CAT 5 Ethernet cable. Each Dynamic 3 monitor has an input connector and a loop through RJ45 type making the wiring very simple and helping to reduce the cost of the overall installation.
This product range is the result of the smart combination of design, technology and ergonomics; a unique system for furniture integration.
The winners of these awards will be announced at the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane on Friday 12 October.
