To realize this vision, Momrah appointed systems integrator MaktabiTech, a trusted partner with deep experience in high-level government projects. Their mandate: to design and implement a complete renovation—from furniture and spatial layout to the audiovisual ecosystem—within an exceptionally tight deployment window.
DynamicX2Talk: Enhancing Communication at the Highest Level
At the heart of the renewed boardroom are Arthur Holm’s DynamicX2Talk retractable monitors, selected for their precision engineering, elegant design, and ability to elevate meeting communication. The technology is seamlessly integrated into a custom 14-meter oval natural wood table, accented with grey leather at its center.
Each of the 27 delegate seats features a 15″ DynamicX2Talk, while the chairman benefits from a 17″ model. These aluminum motorized monitors retract silently into the table when not in use, preserving a clean and prestigious environment that reflects Momrah’s executive standards.
Brand-Native Conference Functionality, Fully Integrated
The DynamicTalk Conference Custom version enhances microphone management by integrating the original electronics, logic boards, and user interfaces of leading conference system manufacturers directly into the Arthur Holm mechanism. This approach preserves all native features while adding the aesthetic and functional benefits of automated concealment.
MaktabiTech paired the DynamicX2Talk monitors with Televic conference microphones, leveraging the system’s unique ability to host speakers and microphones within the monitor’s body. This reduces the need for ceiling hardware while maximizing clarity at each seat. When microphones are inactive, audio is reinforced via the speaker integrated into the cover plate, ensuring speech intelligibility at all times.
A Cohesive, High-Performance System
The DynamicX2Talk’s quiet, patented motion system and customizable finishes make it ideal for a high-end government environment where aesthetics and performance must coexist seamlessly.
To support the user experience delivered by the retractable monitors, MaktabiTech engineered a complete, integrated AV infrastructure featuring:

- Extron 4K matrix switching, control, and signal extension

- Barco ClickShare X30 collaboration

Extron’s DTP-based architecture ensures secure and stable signal transport—an essential requirement in government installations.
ERT interfaces were also added to the system, offering seamless and convenient control and diagnostics for all Arthur Holm’s automated solutions, significantly cutting down on installation costs in both equipment and time. Easy to install and set up, these interfaces speed up the installation process by eliminating the need for external relay boxes and additional power outlets and integrated with the AHlink wireless control (App), the ERT interfaces provide direct access to essential settings and to the AHnet system, making start-up and future maintenance as effortless and easy as possible.

Despite the demanding timeline, MaktabiTech delivered the fully refurbished executive boardroom on schedule through detailed engineering, precise coordination, and close collaboration with the client. Every element—from cable pathways to finish selections—was meticulously pre-validated to ensure a smooth and error-free installation.
