DynamicShare, the new signal distribution and signal selection system, recently developed by ARTHUR HOLM, won a “Best of InfoComm 2015” rAVe award, as Best New Interactive Meeting Room product during the last edition of InfoComm in the US.

If the essence of a meeting is participation and collaboration, ARTHUR HOLM presented the perfect solution at InfoComm: a video sharing and distribution system, flexible, reliable, easy to use, easy to install, cost effective and which is also integrating the control of the devices, ALL IN ONE CABLE. DynamicShare can be integrated in all ARTHUR HOLM and ALBIRAL retractable, foldable and rotatable motorized monitors, and is also available as a “stand alone” solution, offering multiple and exclusive advantages.

ARTHUR HOLM DynamicShare is a high definition signal selection and distribution system, integrating the control of Arthur Holm products. A DynamicShare system consists on a set of Arthur Holm monitors connected in a HDMI closed daisy chain loop, so that any user can send a HDMI signal to all other participants, and to other large displays or projectors which might be in the meeting room, or display their own local sources in the monitor without interfering the shared signal in other monitors. Commands for controlling the monitors transmitted over the HDMI cable, so there is no need to have an additional control cabling.

Dynamic Share includes a built‐in control system, by means of hard buttons integrated into the cover plate, but it can also be controlled remotely, through any external control system. The “share” button will select and distribute the user´s signal to all other participants, while “private” button will show the video source locally, not affecting the shared signal running inside the loop.

Multiple connectivity solutions are available, a single or dual retractable HDMI cable integrated into selected Arthur Holm products, provides a clean solution for connecting laptops, tablets and other HDMI enabled devices. External sources can be connected, locally or remotely, and can be integrated into the Dynamic Share system. Besides, Dynamic Share is perfectly integrated with ARTHUR HOLM Dynamic Tablift, to create a secure and easy to install “Bring your own device” solution.

Advantages:

• Cabling: Cabling inside tables is complicated, there is lack of space, as well as heat and ventilation issues. Dynamic Share system is integrated into AH products, so there is no need to use additional video cables or power supplies, making the system simpler and more reliable.
• Cost effective: Dynamic Share offers a very unique and flexible selection and distribution solution at a very competitive price.
• Flexible operation modes: Any user can choose to control its own display, by selecting the shared signal or the local input, without interfering with the shared signal in other user´s monitor. Buttons can be locked remotely through the control protocol, and there can be a “chairman” user, with priority over all other users.
• Embedded control: Dynamic Share does not require a control system to be operated; it can be controlled by means of the hard buttons integrated into the cover plate. Anyway, it is compatible with third party control systems, and backwards compatible with our existing AHnet products.
• Integration of external displays and sources: In addition to the version embedded into ARTHUR HOLM or ALBIRAL monitors, Dynamic Share is also available in a stand‐alone version, so external monitors and sources can be added to the loop, for easy integration of additional equipment, making the system extremely flexible.
• Input and output flexibility: Dynamic Share has multiple HDMI inputs and outputs, internal and external, so Dynamic Share can fit in a wide variety of projects, regardless the required Input and output needs.
• Robust: Dynamic Share provides EDID management, HDCP 1.3 compliancy, HDMI reclocking to avoid signal degradation.
• HDMI performance: Dynamic Share supports uncompressed full motion HDMI signals 1920×1080@60Hz.
• In the stand‐alone version: audio embedding/de embedding will allow connecting audio from the Dynamic Share network to an external sound processing system. This new solution can be applied for any signal distribution requirement found in conference rooms, meeting rooms and boardrooms. Dynamic Share solves most of the connectivity and HDMI and control signals routing and distribution challenges commonly found in a clean, flexible, reliable and cost effective way.

This year’s InfoComm show was held in June in Orlando and had a record of 39,105 attendees.
