Workplace Sacyr: a boardroom designed to lead the future

In today’s corporate environments, boardrooms have become key spaces for analysis, strategic discussion, and decision making. For these dynamics to flow naturally, the environment must favor both clarity of information and comfortable and close communication among participants. Sacyr’s new Workplace responds to this vision: an executive space where technology is integrated discreetly and where the warm, organic materials of the table -wood and leather- create an environment that encourages dialogue and strategic reflection.

In this project, Pentatel has integrated Arthur Holm’s DB2 retractable motorized monitors, a solution that provides immediate visual information to each participant without disrupting the aesthetics or human interaction around the table.

Technology that supports decision making

In strategic meetings, having the right information at the right time can make all the difference. DB2 monitors allow each participant to access documents, data or presentations directly without the need to divert attention to distant screens or external devices. This facilitates more agile discussions, real-time comparisons and a clearer, more participatory and efficient decision-making process.

When the monitors are deployed, each board member has a personal information window that favors concentration and understanding of the contents. When they are not needed, they disappear inside the table, restoring prominence to direct, barrier-free dialogue among participants.

The warmth of materials on the meeting table

The meeting table, manufactured by Ofifran, plays an essential role in the experience of the space. Its design combines noble and organic materials such as wood and leather that dialogue with the anodized aluminum finish of the DB2 monitor itself.

This combination creates a careful balance between technology and warmth. Wood brings closeness and visual stability, leather introduces a comfortable tactile sensation that invites lingering and conversation, while aluminum brings precision and modernity. The result is a table that not only integrates advanced technology, but also communicates quality, confidence and comfort.

In this environment, technology does not compete with the furniture but integrates naturally, reinforcing an atmosphere where strategic conversations can take place with clarity and serenity.

Arthur Holm’s DB2: technological precision at the service of expertise

For this room, 17” DB2 monitors have been installed, a patented solution, recognized for its precision engineering and refined design. Made of machined aluminum, the DB2 offers a motorized vertical movement with automatic and adjustable tilt up to 20°, optimizing ergonomics and viewing angle for each user.

Its lidless design and ultra-thin structure allow for virtually invisible integration into the tabletop, requiring minimal opening and keeping the surface clean and sleek when the monitor is concealed. This technological discretion is especially valuable in spaces where aesthetics and human interaction remain paramount.

A space that balances technology and humanity

Sacyr’s new Workplace represents a contemporary vision of corporate space: advanced technology in service of communication and strategic thinking. Thanks to the collaboration between Pentatel, Ofifran and Arthur Holm, the room achieves a precise balance between innovation, design and sensory experience.

The result is an elegant and welcoming environment, where the warmth of materials and the intelligence of technology work together to facilitate productive conversations, informed decisions and meetings that combine efficiency, clarity and comfort.
