Expectations are riding high for the innovatively conceived Workplace 3.0, where Michele De Lucchi has put his name, building on the theme first explored in Jean Nouvel’s 2013 Office for Living event.

What

This is an event that simultaneously focuses on each individual component of the workplace, from furnishing to finishing touches, utilities, technology, lighting, acoustics and climate control. Everything professionals need when designing turnkey solutions. As Michele de Lucchi says: “Technology has changed everything, leaving us freer to organize things the way we want them and enabling us to work anywhere, at home, in the train or even in the park.

Why

Work changes and keeps on changing. New types of work have emerged, along with new ways of working, new work spaces and new design demands. Workplaces will increasingly become spaces for social interchange, meetings and co‐existence.

How

Design and technology will merge. Innovative solutions will allow flexibility of the workspace, the share of information, enhance creativity and participation. Technology will be at the architect’s side and not on their way.

Who

“We should think of the workspace as a gymnasium for the mind, conceiving it as a place where relationships generate new ideas and possibilities. Offices of the future should be visualized with the focus on lifestyles unfettered by convention, evolving spaces that perpetuate an endless stream of new ideas”, says architect Michele De Lucchi.

Audio conference, video conference, telepresence, the use of the cloud for collaboration “as a service” are tools that transform and optimize the processes. But often, the architecture of the room is not up to the situation, creating a true barrier to the use of the technology. Conference and meeting rooms which are hard to use, with poor lighting and acoustics, with inappropriate video technologies or not correctly sized, offer an ineffective experience to the users and end by being abandoned. Therefore, the design has a fundamental role, because a single solution does not exist, but each room needs to be conceived for each specific case.

Arthur Holm proposes solutions that allow the integration of the latest communication technology with an amazing look and custom finishes according to the interior design and the corporate identity of each entity; always providing ergonomic and ingenious mechanisms whose objective is to make technology “disappear” when not in use or to merge with the interior fit out. Our passion is to help in the creation of unique and unrepeatable work spaces.

We will be pleased to show our solutions to you there. Please, contact us to schedule a meeting with our sales specialists.
