One of the Capitol’s highlights is the western block, which houses the Boyacá Hall. This hall pays homage to the pivotal Battle of Boyacá from August 7, 1819. Crafted by architect Gastón Lelarge between 1909 and 1915, the Boyacá Hall includes the presidency and vice-presidencies of the Chamber, a protocol room, a courtyard dedicated to Jorge Eliécer Gaitán, and various support rooms, including a cafeteria.
In today’s fast-paced world, parliaments, assemblies, and congress halls have embraced the integration of advanced information technology. This not only streamlines communication but also provides politicians with an extensive range of tools and information sources, enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness.
Arthur Holm specializes in creating bespoke solutions to meet the diverse needs of these institutional spaces. Our offerings prioritize functionality, adaptability, and ergonomic design, ensuring a seamless integration with both existing and new setups. One of our contributions is the design and manufacturing of 125 DynamicTalk custom systems for the Boyacá Hall. These DynamicTalk were customized with a push to talk button and a loudpeaker built on the cover plate.
