For the Ministry’s meeting rooms, technology was carefully selected to complement the architecture and interior design, combining discreet integration, elegant aesthetics and advanced functionality. Arthur Holm’s motorized monitors and conference solutions form an integral part of this bespoke approach, ensuring that technology enhances communication while remaining virtually invisible when not in use.
Award-winning technology for premium meeting rooms
The meeting rooms feature Arthur Holm’s award-winning DB3 motorised monitors in 17″ and 22″ formats. Recipient of the Mix Awards Product of the Year in the Technology category, the DB3 combines elegant minimalist design with outstanding engineering. Therefore, it is an ideal solution for executive environments where aesthetics, functionality and communication are equally essential.
One of the DB3’s defining features is its adjustable inclination angle. Users can move the screen from 90º to 20º to achieve the best viewing position while maintaining natural eye contact with other participants. Unlike conventional desktop displays that create visual barriers, the DB3’s discreet design and flexible positioning help foster more engaging discussions, encouraging interaction and supporting the decision-making process that lies at the heart of every executive meeting.
The monitors also incorporate DynamicLoop, Arthur Holm’s embedded HDMI daisy-chain distribution system. It simplifies installation while delivers reliable high-definition video throughout the meeting rooms without the need for external distribution hardware.
To complete the conference solution, the project features DynamicTalk, customised in an elegant RAL 9005 black finish to perfectly match the DB3 monitors and the interior design.
Moreover, the DynamicTalk units were specially engineered for integration with the Bosch DICENTIS conference system, including:

Perfect integration into bespoke furniture
Particular attention was paid to the seamless integration of the technology within the custom-designed meeting tables. The motorised systems were elegantly incorporated into beautifully crafted natural wood surfaces, enhanced by a striking marble centrepiece. The combination of these two noble materials creates a refined atmosphere while allowing the Arthur Holm solutions to blend harmoniously with the furniture.
When not in use, the monitors and conference components disappear completely into the table, preserving the purity of the architectural design and ensuring that attention remains focused on the people around the table rather than on the technology itself.
